We are 2 Irish Senior Consultants with a passion for change, project & programme management with over 45 years of experience across Technology, Banking, Telecoms, FMCG, Publishing, Energy, Media, Natural Resources, Pharmaceutical and Retail in both Private and Semi-State sectors. We both love making a real tangible difference by being involved in change.
Our other passions are for family, friends, hurling (though as Wexford and Tipperary men we rarely see eye to eye!) and Liverpool FC – where we are still waiting for that elusive premiership title to celebrate – 2019/20 is our year!!

Shane’s industry experience derives from senior finance, customer service, sales and commercial roles in market leading companies (all are top 2 in their markets) such as Diageo Ireland, O2 Telefoncia, Britvic Ireland, Folens Publishers, Coillte and CPM Ireland. Consulting experience is now intertwined in his career (including charities, regulators, retail, public sector, outsourcing, FMCG, financial services) and he now brings that wealth of knowledge, experience and pragmatic delivery ethos to the consultancy powerhouse that is the BDO Eaton Square team in Dublin city centre.
Liam Sherlock is the co-founder of the Irish chapter of the Change Management Institute. Launched in early 2017, this was his very significant contribution to driving awareness of Change Management in Ireland. Liam currently holds the position of Co-Chair of Change Management Institute -Ireland and is an accredited Change Management trainer. He is an experienced management consultant with a background in delivering high profile IT transformation programmes. He is a results-oriented and strategic team player who works with executives, managers, and all levels within an organisation through consulting and facilitation services.
An experienced management and training consultant with over 20 years’ leading successful large scale IT and business change initiatives. An accredited APMG trainer for Change Management and is the country co-lead and founder of the Change Management Institute in Ireland. A certified and practising business and life coach (IAPC&M).
With a combination of academic knowledge and coaching practice, backed up with real life experience of change, providing an excellent skillset to support change and learning across any sector.
A leader in change management training in Ireland with a proven track record of achieving high success rates and equipping his course attendees with invaluable skills that can be immediately applied. A training delivery style of learning through participation with a skill in bringing the theory to life.
